Payment Conditions

Currency: All prices and charges quoted on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Processing Timeline: Payments made to WAFIA DATES & NUTS Inc will normally be processed and reach our designated account within two (2) working days.
Liability Exclusions: We cannot accept liability for a payment failing to reach the correct account of WAFIA DATES & NUTS Inc due to incorrect details or account numbers entered by the customer. Likewise, we accept no liability if a payment is refused, declined, or delayed by your Net Banking provider, credit card issuer, or debit card supplier for any reason.
Declined Transactions: If your bank or card issuer declines a payment, WAFIA DATES & NUTS Inc is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify with their financial institution that the funds have been successfully deducted.

2. Shipping & Delivery Guidelines

We strive to deliver your dates, nuts, and gourmet products in the freshest condition possible. Our shipping practices align with standard e-commerce delivery guidelines within Kerala and across India:

Delivery Timeline (Within Kerala): For orders shipped within Kerala, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location (major towns vs. remote or rural pin codes).
Delivery Timeline (Rest of India): Deliveries outside of Kerala generally take 5 to 7 working days.
Dispatch Policy: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Serviceable Pin Codes & Remote Locations: Delivery will be executed through reputed third-party courier services. While we cover almost all pin codes in Kerala, certain remote areas or high-terrain zones may experience slight delays due to local courier routing limitations.

Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to a maximum of two or three times before returning the parcel to our warehouse. Please ensure your contact number is reachable and the shipping address is complete with landmarks to avoid non-delivery.

3. Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Discretionary Approval: All cancellations, returns, and refunds are subject to the sole discretion and approval of the Management of WAFIA DATES & NUTS Inc.
Verification: No refund or cancellation will be processed unless the original charges have been successfully credited to the bank accounts of WAFIA DATES & NUTS Inc.
Payment Source: Approved refunds will only be credited back to the original source account (Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card) used during the initial transaction.
Refund Timeline: Once approved by management, the refunded amount will be credited back to the source account within 5 working days.
Cancellation & Return Timeline: The physical return and processing turnaround time (TAT) will vary depending on logistics, subject to standard operation guidelines at the time of the request.
Failed Transactions: In the event of a failed transaction where money was deducted but not received by us, the amount will be refunded by the gateway/bank as per standard banking procedures, after deducting any applicable transaction/gateway charges.
Gateway Fees: Taxes and gateway charges applicable for online payments are to be borne by the customer.
